RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A 14-day full right of withdrawal is given on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs are borne by you. Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal. Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email info@copenhagenstate.dk to which the standard cancellation form must be completed and sent (cf. the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).
CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the item. This means that you can try the item in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Copenhagen State ApS to assess the condition of the product.
WARRANTY
A 2-year warranty is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to Copenhagen State ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. 
Here is considered max. two months as reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint is waived in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product. Copenhagen State ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
