PAYMENT
Copenhagen State ApS accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, ApplePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment. All amounts on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner (DKK) Copenhagen State ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders. Copenhagen State ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.


DELIVERY
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days. Delivery area: We currently only deliver to Denmark. Please write an email to us if you want to have a package sent to other than Denmark. Copenhagen State ApS ships goods with the following: GLS - Pakkeshop / GLS - Private delivery. The freight is calculated based on weight. You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without distribution" or "with delivery". You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you. The delivery time during Black Weekend and the Christmas season may be extended, as GLS has to handle huge
parcel volumes during this period.


RETURNS.

A 14-day full right of withdrawal is given on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Any return costs are borne by you. Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal. Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email info@copenhagenstate.dk to which the standard cancellation form must be completed and sent (cf. the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
Return portal - Click here You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item. This means that you can try the item in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Copenhagen State ApS to assess the condition of the product.


WARRANTY.
 A 2-year warranty is given on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to Copenhagen State ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. 
Here is considered max. two months as reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint is waived in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product. Copenhagen State ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time. E-mail address We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Copenhagen State ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. COMPLAINTS.
In case of complaint, our e-mail address must be stated: info@copenhagenstate.dk as well as the website on which you purchased the item. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus (Link).
